Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and almond milk until well combined.
- Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until everything is evenly blended.
- For a chocolate flavor, add the cocoa powder and mix until smooth; for a fruit flavor, gently fold in fruit puree of your choice.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-30 minutes).
- Transfer the churned ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
