- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the mixed seeds with water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir everything together well, then let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes.
- Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove the crackers from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet. Break them into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store leftover seed crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
