Ingredients

  • 1 boneless turkey breast (about 23 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey breast.
  5. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the pan. Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
