- 1 boneless turkey breast (about 2–3 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the pan. Roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for accurate cooking and allow the turkey to rest for juicier slices. Customize spices to your taste.
