A delightful dish combining flaky salmon with a crunchy pistachio crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Brush the mustard mixture generously onto each salmon fillet.
  4. Press the finely chopped pistachios firmly onto the top of each fillet.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For best results, let the salmon rest for a few minutes after baking. Customize the nut crust with other nuts if desired.
