Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey (if using), vanilla extract, orange zest, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids, leaving some space at the top for absorption.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold or warm. Optionally, top with fresh fruits or nuts.
