Description

A refreshing and creamy blend of oats, yogurt, and orange juice for a delightful breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or any dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey (if using), vanilla extract, orange zest, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  2. Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids, leaving some space at the top for absorption.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold or warm. Optionally, top with fresh fruits or nuts.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for best texture. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup to taste.
