- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk powder
- 1/2 cup light cream or evaporated milk

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the full-fat milk, sugar, and milk powder. Whisk until well blended.
- Add the light cream (or evaporated milk), vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture. Stir to mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve and enjoy your homemade ice cream straight from the freezer.
