Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the cubed chicken breast, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Serve the grilled souvlaki in warm pita bread topped with tzatziki sauce and garnished with fresh vegetables.

Notes
