- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Burger buns or pita bread
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced cucumbers
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
- While the burgers are cooking, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
- Serve the patties on buns topped with yogurt sauce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
Notes
Allow cooked patties to rest for a few minutes before serving for juiciness. Customize toppings as desired.
