Description

Delightful Greek Chicken Burgers with ground chicken, feta cheese, and fresh herbs topped with a refreshing yogurt sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Burger buns or pita bread
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumbers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
  5. Serve the patties on buns topped with yogurt sauce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
