Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by cutting the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, searing undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes. Turn to cook on all sides until browned to your desired doneness.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality cuts of steak and avoid overcrowding the skillet. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for a month.
