  4. After 5 minutes, use the whisk again to stir the mixture to prevent clumping.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Once thickened, stir the pudding and divide it into serving bowls. Enjoy chilled, topped with your favorite fruits or nuts.
