Description

Crispy eggrolls filled with juicy beef, melty cheese, and tangy pickles, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the skillet. Stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold and seal edges.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry eggrolls in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Notes

Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or spicy mustard. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
