- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, ketchup, and mustard to the skillet. Stir until well combined and cheese is melted.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold and seal edges.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry eggrolls in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Notes
Serve hot with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or spicy mustard. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
