- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or your choice)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the bananas in half lengthwise and place them on a serving plate.
- Spoon yogurt over the banana halves, covering them generously.
- Sprinkle granola on top of the yogurt.
- Add mixed berries generously over the granola, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed immediately, but can be stored separately for up to one day.
